ASB patrols following community concerns

Dear Resident,

In response to your concerns about anti-social riding of motorbikes and youth-related anti-social behaviour (particularly the damage of fences and graffiti) in Hempstead, we have been out on patrol.

During our walkabout, we spoke to those we saw about the issues, and emphasised the importance of reporting any offences to us.
